Inspired by the Italian Lambrusco style, Alanna macerates part of the Dornfelder in whole bunches for a week, pressing the rest directly before blending with Sylvaner. The result is a low-alcohol (9.5%), sparkling red wine made without added sulfites, showcasing Alanna's minimalist winemaking approach​.
